Note: You do not have to be a CCIM Designee to join the local chapter. We have a membership category for affiliates and candidates.

** A broker or affiliate member is a real estate professional that is not a CCIM Designee or Candidate seeking the Designation. This category of membership is available for real estate professionals such as brokers, agents, appraisers, financial institutions, title companies, etc.


Annual Dues:

Yearly Dues:

  • $125.00 per year for CCIM Designee/Candidates * 

  • $250.00 for Vendor Affiliate Members *

  • $125 for Broker Affiliate Members ** (Discounted 1st year - $250 renewal after 1st year)

  • $0 for Students  - Those who are students of a college or university

After June 1st:

  • $62.50 per year for CCIM Designee/Candidates * 

  • $125 for Broker/Vendor Affiliate Members ** 

Full dues payment after October 1st with an expiration of Dec 31st of the following year (15 months for the price of 12).
