Lee Jackson
Senior Vice President

Lee Jackson, CCIM provides strategy, business development, and marketing to source healthcare facility acquisitions and new developments with hospitals and physicians.   Lee has 23 years of commercial real estate experience with 19 years focused on medical office acquisitions and development with hospitals.  Lee is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license. 

As a top-producer in acquisition, development and pre-leasing roles with a national medical office developer, Lee understands how to structure and market real estate transactions that bring hospitals and physicians together.   When considering the myriad of developers that lure physicians away from hospitals, hospitals appreciate Lee’s skill sets that unite physicians with hospitals around viable real estate solutions.

Lee is adept at underwriting, pricing, and organizationally structuring acquisitions and developments so that start off on sound footings.  Lee is a seasoned user of Argus DCF software and Excel.  Lee and the Equity development team understand the Affordable Care Act’s bottom-line impact to hospitals and physicians, and carefully design medical office buildings to conform to the ACA’s new value-based delivery model to facilitate coordinated care between hospitals and physicians, better patient outcomes and cost savings.   Lee and the Equity development team select architects, contractors, and vendors that understand this new paradigm, and who demonstrate that they can achieve savings, while still delivering an excellent work product. His role with the fund is to value-add healthcare real estate opportunities as well as support financing and investment underwriting efforts.

Eric Perardi
Perardi Development

As Founder of Perardi Development, Co-Founder of Hat Trick Development and ties to commercial real estate in Austin for over 10 years; Eric has extensive experience with development, leasing, marketing, financial modeling, and equity syndication.  His contributions include 10 medical office projects totaling over 300,000 sq ft across Central Texas and the raising of over $35M of equity for $150M in projects. Eric also was a Founding Managing Partner of Arise Capital Investments (ACI), a large medical office developer involved in developing over 150,000 sq ft of space in and around Austin, Texas. ACI worked with its sister company Arise Healthcare to develop large multi-tenant medical buildings, supporting the growth of their physician-owned hospital network: Arise Austin Medical Center. As the former VP of Development for another medical office developer in Central Texas and a JV Developer and Director of Real Estate Development for an east coast based Medical Office Developer, Eric was instrumental in sourcing new projects and the company’s expansion into Texas.  Prior to real estate development, Eric spent 10 years as co-owner of several production companies in Los Angeles, as well as writing and acting in numerous films and television projects.  Eric attended RPI (Rensselear Polytechnic Institute) in Troy, NY on Division 1 ice-hockey scholarship where he received his BS in Industrial Management Engineering.

Rich Steinle
Innovista Health Solutions

Rich’s passions are team development, coaching and aligning leader’s primary strengths into high-performance organizations.  He brings broad leadership and coaching experience from a 25-year professional career spanning large enterprise and entrepreneurial ventures in the healthcare, human services, systems consulting and hospitality industries. 

As the President and Chief Executive Officer at Innovista Health Solutions, Rich is responsible for the company’s vision, story and people as they help physician networks around the country navigate transitions in delivery, payment and efficiency models. 

Prior to his role at Innovista, Rich served as CEO of Premier Family Physicians (PFP), an Austin-based primary care physician network; and co-founder of SW Provider Partners, an integrated delivery network created to bring together independent physicians and ancillary partners around Central Texas to collectively manage quality outcomes and healthcare cost.  Rich began his career in Accenture’s Public Sector Human Services portfolio, frequently serving as the point for new client development and large project turnaround/rescue roles.  Following this, Rich led several entrepreneurial ventures through the seed-stage development and rapid growth as well as corporate restructuring and turn-around.

Rich’s heart and greatest priority lie at home with his wife Tracy, his best friend and partner in the thrills and challenges of raising three boys into men.  His “hobbies” include traveling to and sitting in various gyms and fields of play to watch the boys in their many pursuits; enjoying a good book and a glass of wine with Tracy.  He has fond, distant memories of a golf game. 

Rich holds degrees in Economics and Management from James Madison University.
